Through the journey of Amina, a fictional ID, learners navigate project scope, stakeholder alignment, timelines, reviews, and launch, supported by checklists, decision tools, and real-world prompts.

Problem/Need Statement

Instructional designers are increasingly expected to lead course development projects, yet few receive formal training in project leadership. Without a clear understanding of roles, timelines, and stakeholder coordination, even well-designed courses can suffer from missed deadlines, scope creep, or confusion about accountability. This course addresses that gap by equipping IDs with leadership tools, strategies, and real-world application scenarios.
